Our suite was large enough that we were not falling over each other to move around in it, the bed was a queen size and comfortable but, like a few others, had a central ridge that slanted off on the sides. Soft breezes and ocean views beckon at the Grill, especially as the sun goes down when cruise guests gather for cocktails at the outdoor bar and talk about the day’s events. The Deluxe Veranda Suite offers a comfortable living space, close to the heart of the ship. Silver Shadow has one of the highest space-to-guest ratios at sea making her a firm favourite in the Silversea fleet.

The 400-passenger ship Silver Shadow is a successor of Silver Cloud and Silver Wind. The difference between ms Silver Shadow and her two predecessors in the line’s fleet is only in size.
